We could go look at it for fun or something. I can't buy anything yet though. Too bad the KM's are so high. I know it has a new head gasket, that's awesome, but for re-sale later on it's hard. After having a car with 237,000 KM's right now I'm looking for one thats a little lower. I'f only I lived in Japan. Like Blitz said, those lightly modified Turbo supras are going for like $6000 canadian

by the time you ship a mkiii from japan (btw, the mkiii with 7m is the MA71, but if it has the 1jz its a JZA70) it would cost around $10,000. but for a 1jz with a few mods and decent rims, well worth the money.

well me and tj cheak out the car it is in nice shape
has one bad wheel well some rust but can be fix
slipping clutch butt hat can be fix and bad cv joint i think she said toyota said it was the rear end
but it onyl clunks when you turn one way so that why i think it is cv joint in most casue of the diff is bad it happen's when every you turn in any drition
but other then that is great shap new side modlings 89 plus
200 kilcks but still stroung it has sweet shift nob to boot i wish i had it ehhehe well kinda heheh will i give up mu trd humm i don't know ehhee
but fro the price it is nice

TJ that other MK3 sounds like a fair deal, theres a 1990 auto, 240,000k, white, with torn up leather interior and its been really poorly taken care of, it also has a blown head gasket or possibly a blown engine (the owner wont pay to have it checked out) but is is asking 5K for it!!! wtf?!
i said id pay 1.5k for it max, shes not backing down from 5
ps did i mention its a POS? 
if Ryan thinks this 88 5spd is a good deal and its clean i say go for it
otherwise id budget a little more $$$ and wait

also consider making a trip to vancouver, you can find some better deals there. the island generally has higher car prices. there is a vancouver supra club, maybe someone knows of one for sale.
