Guess that was other photos not super long exposures like these but I thought I recall some people here saying they had used an iPhone/flashlight for a light source behind the camera? Posted via RS Mobile | The dock was lit by the cars coming in & out of the parking lot and by the parking lot lights. The mountains were lit by the rising full Moon. I timed the start of my images with the Moon rise because I didn't want to blow out the snow on the mountains. Quote:

5DmkIII battery failed after about 2 hours of continuous shooting, but the 1DX still had about 60%...not too shabby... |
