What did you use for the turtle shot? |

i wanted to get that for my cousin, but was turned off by reviews, seems like i should've gotten it based on your pics :D |

Those turtle pic is pretty cool, but it was taken at the surface (lots of good light) and I was only a foot away from it. The rest of my underwater pics were pretty "meh"... decent enough for a $300 point and shoot, but I had real problems with blur and color (even when using the underwater correction filters). Summary: the AW130 is OK, but don't feel bad that you didn't buy one for your cousin, haha. :-) |
Pretty good sunset tonight, from Lansdale Quay! https://farm1.staticflickr.com/605/2...6e6be765_k.jpg 5D MKIII w/ 70-200mm F2.8 non-is |

Nice pictures Kyle, that's sweet! Love the last shot there! Took bad you didn't have any baby powder! ;) Also, too bad about the burnt out sky in your horse shot shot! Amazing though! |
nothing too special...but I'm a lover of shots from way way way up... over last weekend, 38,000ft over California capturing the sunset. http://i.imgur.com/tWVFrfI.jpg |
Spoiler! really nice photos kyle how do you get such neat looking sun beams? Is there a particular filter you're using? |

Yup basically what Boostslut said. You can do it with any lens and even with a little lower f-stop. "Nice" lenses just tend to have more aperture blades and will give more points to the sunstar but even cheaper lenses will do some |
