I have a higher res photo that I need to compress to 400x400. do I need a program like PS in order to do that and keep the image quality / aspect ratio?

Never had issues, quick and easy
I use Photoshop for everything else, or if specific resolution / cropping is required.
If you need help, send me a message with your email, and il resize it to whatever spec you need

You can find owls pretty regularly if you know where to go, but that looks like a full albino, odds of that have to be ridiculous. Was that local Jason?
