I was wondering what the pay was like for receiver/stockers? I work in a freezer now at a organic foods warehouse and I receive/stock and pick for 12bucks a hour i'm on the look out for a new job that pays better, I have my forklift ticket but I heard neptune has a in house trainer that can certify is that true?

Yeah they will provide forklift training.

I believe restockers get +$1/hr over pickers.... So if you get through probation, and restock in the freezer, that should come up to $16.65/hr

Yep, monday-friday are the busy days.

Saturday is very slow, and they don't need too many guys. Sunday is busy'ish... So most shifts are definitely on monday-friday

Yeah, if you are looking at the building, there are acutally 2 entrances. The one on the right side with the gate is the dock for trucks. The one on the left goes to the front office, and the gate for that one should be open during business hours. If you are still confused, there is a sign somehwere between the gates, that say something like :

<-- Administration Office

Receiving Docks---->

It doesn't. When i got hired i just emailed them my resume and i got a call back. Usually ppl fill out an application form but it doesn't matter sometimes.

I forgot to post this a while ago so who on here actually got hired as is still working at Neptune?

I saw a lot of new ppl but i don't if you were from RS. I know the jobs sucks and is fuckin boring but it pays pretty well if ur a student.

PS. So how many of you made a shit load of errors and got fired?? haha

Oh my god I hated this job... its so depressing... Along with myself I have had 15+ friends work there and they have all told me that they too believed it was one of the most depressing jobs... Everyone I know hates it there!... And everyone I know that is still there, is desperately looking for alternative employment...

All I have to say is this place seams fun for the first few months... you'll be making okay money... BUT IT ISNT WORTH IT!!!... go get a better job!

Yes it's depressing but there's no one to bitch at you......unless you suck haha. I'm bored out of my mind all the time but time goes by pretty fast so it's all good. You should have come into the freezer man...cuz that's where all the cool ppl are lol.

I worked in customer service (Timmy Hos) before and that place sucked balls...you get paid min. wage for doing bitch work. I'd rather work in a warehouse at my own pace rather than getting bitched at by managers, supervisors, and customers any day.

The company will be hiring all the time especially now since summer is the busy season for restaurants. So if you need a job quick that pays way better than min. wage, this is a pretty decent place to work if you don't mind the weird hours.
DAMN!!!!!! This job would really fit into me, but PT position is what I'm looking for right now. I am currently employed full-time. And you guys are just our neighbour I work for Kodak, which is at 1608 Cliveden Avenue, you can't missed it, lol.
I work from 5am-2pm. Is there a possibility to start 2:30-3pm?

That;s cool. I might see u around...or not haha.

I met one RS member who drives a Del-sol yesterday. He told me there were a few other guys too. You guys should wear something like a RS lanyard so I can tell who's from RS.

Yeah i drive by the Kodak place everyday. Starting at 230-3pm is a bit hard to get and is generally meant for ppl who have worked there for a while...at least passed the 3 month probationary period. Also, the one week of training is done in the morning like 6am or 9am so that'll conflict with your schedule.

You can give it a shot if u want. PM me for a referral for a better chance of getting in.
