I was hurt in workplace car accident on the 6th

my WCB claim has still yet to be approved.

The reason it hasn't been approved is because NOTHING was done until I actually called and was like WHAT IS GOING ON on the 16th!
So now they've confirmed all my info etc which took all of 15 mins but still have to wait for some info from ICBC.
The guy from ICBC still hasn't called WCB back.
The women at WCB isn't going to even TRY calling again till Monday (it's been 3 days already!)

My back is NOT getting better on it's own. I want to go for some kind of physio or something to HELP my back, but WCB won't approve anything until my claim is approved which won't be until Monday at the EARLIEST. All I want to do is get better so I can go back to work. But I'm now going to be off for a third week, it's getting scarily close to when rent is due and I will not be getting anything on the 1st as far as a paycheck goes. That and I am going completly crazy sitting at home, the meds I've been perscribed I can't drive while on, and the pain in my back is too much to bear without them. I can't do any of the stuff I have to do at my house I enjoy cause it hurts my back, I can't go out and buy anything like a puzzle or something to keep me from going stir crazy cause I need to save my money in case I don't get anything from WCB intime to pay Rent.

it's just a simple question that WCB needs answered this is why I can't understand why it's taking so long. Like a yes or no answer that the adjuster has to answer.
They have already started repairing the car.
It's just frustrating for me and I'm venting a little

after i got injured at work, it took 3 days for WCB to mail a letter telling me it was accepted.... 2 days after that i got my cheque :-D

when I got sent to the hospital last summer before I left, WCB send me a letter telling me my claim was accepted and that I was gonna get a check for lost time, confused me most when I didn't miss out on any time cept the 7hrs I was in the hospital... :S
