Well shit my car is worth 5 then. :lol I'd take 3 grand for mine right now.

That stang is worth about $2000 without the VI. 1300-1700 with the VI. I may only have a cracked windsheild and taillight but an inspector can always find other things you didnt know about.

I'd pay 3000 for a Foxbody before I paid that for your car.

That being said a 4 cyl will be worth far less than an 8 less... prolly half that

stevo911_ 12-04-2006 10:34 PM

i edited the post to add the 4 cyl thing after steve posted ;)

Alright so this a copy/paste from a story on cbc right now about a youth who kept stealing cars and finally killed someone. I somehow find this quotation extremely amusing:

"Billard, who had a fondness for stealing Chrysler Neons, fled the scene. He told police he was so high on marijuana he didn't know how fast he was going. Police figured it was in excess of 100 km/h."

You'd have to be high to want to steal a Chrysler Neon :p

stevo911_ 12-05-2006 11:44 AM

I guess its better than going on a kia rio sport (or whatever the sti wanna be is) stealing frenzy :\

while we're quoting stuff, this is a citation from a girl in my english classes essay on polygamy:

Quote:

My oldest daughter is my aunt and I am her grandmother. When I was assigned to my first husband, I became my own step-grandmother since my father was already married to two daughters of my new husband... After my mother's father was assigned to marry one of my second husband's daughters as a second wife, I became my own great-grandmother.
wrap your head around that :p

Sad story:

OK so I get home from college yesterday and pull up to my garage. I get out, and notice that there is some weird brown liquid on my hood. No big deal. I get back in the car, drive underneath the carport where my hose is and get out - car is still running. I quickly run inside, get my sprayer, and come back out. I twist the sprayer on the hose and turn the water on. I proceed to spray the front of the car.

Two loud cracks.

The glass in my fog lights cracked really bad.

I couldn't believe it.

End of my sad story.

stevo911_ 12-06-2006 10:37 AM

lame, did the liquid at least come off?

Celica Girl 12-06-2006 10:39 AM

Yes at least the liquid came off. I wasn't really thinking about it after the lights blew up on me.

Actually according to passport canada's website it's jan23rd that it becomes mandatory to fly with one.

So i'll bring every single piece of ID i possibly can if i in fact don't get my passport on time...all i have to do now is drive to vic and hand it in :D

PS: passport photos suck...you have to look like a convict...you can't smile or nothing.

Might want to bring something to read in that lineup.. Lord of the Rings maybe... all 3. It was out the building and around the corner last week. How long did you wait the first time?

Victoria SiR 12-06-2006 06:13 PM

Register online and you wont be in line. A friend of ours was down today and there was only one person in front of her.

Its people that fill it in by hand and dont register before hand that you see standing in those lines.

SUCKAS!

Celica Girl 12-06-2006 06:16 PM

:woot: to online registering! I am so smart...s m r t

:lol

gracefallen 12-06-2006 07:38 PM

Where's the address for that?? I'm gonna have to look into it because I doubt my dual citizenship will be valid for much longer in the States...

How do you get rid of annoying people on your MSN that you don't want to talk to, but it's not socially acceptable to be completely rude to them? IE: They're so-and-so's friend, so you have to be nice to them even tho they drive you nuts?
