the official sony wireless headset probably has the best value
comfy...decent sound quality..retractable mic...holds reasonable charge (~8 hours)
it's also neat because it has a mixer slider between game effects and mic audio and has on screen display for battery, surround toggle, mute toggle, volume.
i got an extra BNIB one from boxing day sale..if you want it at cost PM me.

Well, I haven't touched my ps3 since mw2 days and the loss of my tv Y_Y
buuuut i think I'm going to boot 'er up tonight since i got new vegas for xmas.

yeah im in need of a new controller too. My analog stick is so fucked up lol. 59.99 is kinda steep for controller. I was hoping it would drop to like 39.99 during boxing days.

DS3 bundles are best bang for buck ATM.
A dualshock3 + either God of War Origins, Uncharted 1&2 or Resistance 1&2 for $59.99

after 5 years my fat ps3 has died 
anyone know of a good place to get it repaired, it just shuts off by itself and the controllers don't respond

Thanks guys.. didn't even realize that they sell bundles for the controller.. good thing I dind't buy one yet.. what the hell is the point of selling individual ones for 54.99 then.. when they have this for 59.. lol 
What do you guys think the better game would be (I have yet to play any of them)
God of war origins bundle or the Uncharted 1/2 bundle.
