Judging from the pattern of up and coming releases from Blizzard, I'd expect it to be released during the Christmas season. Shortly after WoW: Wrath of the Lich King, and before D3 (I'd say somewhere between March - June).

Starcraft 2
Single player campain to be split up into 3 Seperate titles (aka. it'll cost you $150 to play all of the sp campain).
Gradual release and all games will have the same ending.
Of course you could just
Buy the one game for real for multiplayer.
and ahem.. "test" the other 2 sp campains.
