so how can one effectively use immortals? I love the concept of the unit (even though they killed off my beloved dragoon)
I know they're good against heavy hitters like siege tanks etc.
but what about defensive siege tanks, with 1-2 bunkers and some marines? they get slaughtered. I guess I have to bring backup.
but i still havent found an effective way to use them... I think immortals should get a slight range upgrade.
^IMO I usually use immortals mostly for backup if they try to take down my defense (cannons) or a mid-map battle...but obviously you will need other units...I kind of use it mostly as support? I think it's also good against mauraders but i'm not sure..

thats me, I'm pretty newbz... my laptop isn't good enough to run it smoothly but maybe we can set up an RS 2v2? haha
immortals are really effective vs any terran mix of marines/maruders and if ur facing zerg they rip thru roaches (which means i pretty much get them everytime i go vs zerg).
if ur playing toss, use sentries and put up a shield or something before u go into taking seige tank dmg. sentries are really useful units and a lot of the top players can do amazing things with them haha
immortals are really good against buildings too.
If i remember right, this is a really good TvP replay...
Theres another one out there where T is on scrap station and does a bunker + siege approach, I can't seem to find it though... might be on BlizShouter or huskystarcrafts channel...nvm found em.. but T won both games..

i've played like 25-30 matches against the computer all using Terran mainly and i'm still pretty much a super noob lol, played alot of SC1 but only user map settings

swarming a base with cracklings and a few tanks almost always works. as long as the tanks can hold out long enough to break their front line the cracklings kill everything.
lets play some games once the ladder get fully reseted...
system is bugged right now, me and my frds' stats keep getting reset everytime we log out. Have to keep playing placement matches over and over again everynight before we can play against good ppl

Where did you guys find out that EB gives the beta keys? I might try and sell the one I'm gonna get for my pre order. It'll help cover the costs of the CE haha.
