Seems like the show will go on after all. The Convention will be held the same weekend at UBC.

Maybe now people will realize that if they want it to happen, they should help out.

enrai 07-28-2008 08:18 PM

All B-Lines go to UBC, right? Should be easier for peeps to get to. Just depends on how far the con is from the bus stop.

Also the 4. And the 44. And the 17. And the 9. And the 25. The 49. The 84.

And so on and so forth.

enrai 08-02-2008 08:18 PM

jello24 08-21-2008 01:30 PM

anyone know what the passes are gonna get me besides the dealer room? $40 for locally made manga doesnt really interest me...

does one need a pass to see the cosplay walkoffs and anime idol...?

muteki 08-21-2008 01:34 PM

^ Not sure since they're hosting at UBC this year instead of the usual SFU.
They were using the outdoor stage so no one really checked passes... I had my in my bag the entire time. You might get away with it but it's safer to get one.
They are afterall, putting it together with the money collected from the passes.. since it's all volunteers. o_O
