Your Name, or Kimino Nawa is an excellent animated film. 10/10.

For some reason the characters stuck around in my head for a few days after watching it, which is very very rare with movies these days and their bangbangbangbang-and-forget.

The art is insane. There are comparisons in this link, but a sample is below.

The hype is real for Your Name. I kind of wish I had gone to see it when it was playing in theatres last December

Get ready for a bunch more melodramatic anime with worldwide releases now BTW. I already saw a preview for the next one before Logan.

Your Name is getting it's Cineplex release on April 7th. So far it looks like only Richport and Coquitlam are showing it. I want to see it for real after watching a low-quality bootleg.

The Great Wall = 0/10

WTF was Matt Damon thinking when he accepted this role, besides being paid a lot.

I wanna watch it, but that's what's holding me back -- i'm not a fan of Emma Watson.

I HATED the harry potter series (yes I know i'm in the massive minority) and am not a fan of any of the main actors that were in it.

Saw Beauty and the Beast with my wife yesterday. I think this is the first time i've seen Emma Watson act since Harry potter and man, she really can't act

Also the beast's face looked cool but his body was total jank crap CG. The textures looked like an N64 game

Also it's been a long time but I think they added a couple songs. Ones that stand out from the rest in how boring and poor they are. I have NO idea why they'd add shitty songs.

Other than that, it was a cool experience. Very pretty movie aside from Beast's clothes

The Accountant
6.5/10

Story development a bit slow.
Action scenes were alright thought.

Logan 10/10

Its the Wolverine movie i've always wanted to see. Gritty and super violent plus I thought both Hugh Jackman's and Patrick Stewart's performance were fantastic.

Hidden figures 10/10

Science, and civil rights movie. These ladie's story was unreal. Incredibly smart. How intellectuals fight racism.

Man, the shit they put up with was unreal, even though they had the skill.

This has replaced October Sky as my science space movie of all time.

Fuck that shit, ain't taking a chick to watch this movie.

When chicks cry watching these movies, you go in for the cuddle, wipe their tears, brush her hair and move in for the kill.
This is like dating 101.

Been using this movie since I was a kid.
