Jurassic World: 2/10

It was pretty much exactly what I had expected. I would have given it a 3 or 4, if not for the excruciating ad placement shots. That's just fucking insulting. The raptors looked like silly cartoons most of the time, and nothing really made any sense. Stuff just happened because you're supposed to sit your face in front of the screen and watch shit happen. Evil dinosaurs, goodguy dinosaurs, everything.

Funny, in many ways this movie was the exact opposite of Mad Max. If that movie is how you make a proper action movie, this one is the last of the modern action movie that will eventually become extinct (at least for a while). At least that's the hope.

survivor 6.5/10
the beginning part was legit, but once the shooting begins you start to question the major loop holes at the end.
what kind of shitty assassins are you...
breaking in and breaching in to places as if there's no security at all etc.

Gator - 5/10. What can I say, it's an old but classic Burt Reynolds movie but the best part is the intro chase.

16 Blocks - 6/10. It wouldn't be anything special as far as semi-action movies go, but Yasiin Bey/Mos Def's character is quite funny and unique, I'd say it's worth watching once just for him.

Harry Brown - 7/10. A bit more realistic of a revenge film, and Michael Caine's work is awesome as always. Like 16 Blocks it's not something I would watch more than once in a blue moon, but it's definitely worth watching once.

Jurassic World 6/10. There was a lot of hype but it wasn't as good as the first one. Now waiting for Star Wars.

Jurassic World: 7.5/10

Went in expecting a 4/10 from reading the reviews here. Almost decided to skip this one till bluray came out but wife insisted we watch it. Came out of the theaters much happier than expected.

Sloots gonna sloot. Can't believe that beta bf lasted so long knowing his girl was getting pounded everyday. Also that chick with the big glasses is pretty cute.
