I thought I was going to have a first gen back on the road this summer, but it looks like an over winter project now. Also because I have to take it to inspection there's a bit more work involved. But hey at least I still got one, and it makes me smile every morning that I see it in the driveway. One day I'll be back.... I am so gay for my 7. :) |

just to let anyone know who might be interested, i checked out a gslse targa at muffler shop in duncan behind m&m meats that has a 430 swapped in with chevy trans, dynasty radiator, and edelbrock carb. it has blocks on front suspension to keep ride height up. sounds pretty sleeperish with sweet talker mufflers. they askin $5000. it's 2+2. pretty nice swap. all custom. it's enough power to get front wheels of the ground. it looks to have harness all still intact and emissions to the side if anybody wanted to turn it back into any rx7. i'd never buy a non rotary rx but looked so nice i had to tell someone lol. |

congrats man, make sure you read up on em. they a different kind of beast that needs different attention. they are fun to drive |
might be interested in selling my SE, but it has no title and no papers so it will need a inspection, the rear-end is toast and it needs brakes and a muffler. it still needs some work in order to be reliable, but only has 180,000k. motor runs strong. otherwise the body is one of the most rust free FB's i've ever seen and everything is in near mint condition. i honestly don't have any intention of selling it soon though. i'll probably try to work out those problems first. |
