Shanghai River across from richmond on westminister.
1.Peking duck 2 eat: 7/10 (ate better ones elsewhere)
2. Fish stomach and crab soup: 7/10 ( not much taste)
3. Wine chicken 6.5/10 ( not much wine taste)
Service: 7/10
Conclusion: gone downhill a bit compared to 2-3 years ago.

Romer's Burger Bar - 9.5/10. Had the Americano, regular fries, and drunken donuts. Burger was amazing. Juicy, flavourful, and well put together. Fries were good, enough for two people. It was some special.
I was in a rush. Ordered their daily special. Came back to my desk to discover there was kimchi in my sandwich.
