My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

with the 15km rule can you go over the 15km on the weekends when going out? or are you restricted to just using that car for school/work for 15km and cannot drive over that limit

15 km restriction is fork to/from work/school. Pleasure doesn't have km restriction.

I lucked out with the 15km rule from my work to home is 14.8 kms
