Cool thanks. What did you use to change your icons? Do you use SSH? That stuff is so confusing for me. What is that circle around your Phone and Facebook?

Winterboard can change your icons/dock. I'm using a modified A8stract NTW theme.
Have some custom icons, font styling, wallpaper. The circles are just the things that tell you you have new e-mails/missed calls/voicemail except I changed the look of mine.

facebook app do does it automatically checks alerts on my account for me without it open? is that what the number bubble is for?i installed facebook and found it to has even less feature than the web app.... but if it does that might be worth an install spot

SportsTap - to keep up with Olympics (and Canucks soon)
Last.fm - if I get bored of my music
Sudoku - (must have for the bus ride to school lol)
Aurora Feint - fun puzzle game
Pennies - great app for keeping track of the money you spend each month
...and PHONESABER to annoy the hell out of my friends haha

everything else I rarely touch and is there just in case I need them.

Oh for cheap accessories, you guys can buy from Dealetreme: http://www.dealextreme.com/search.dx/search.iphone

Free shipping and very cheap. You take your chances of the product not working though, I bought a usb-iphone cable and mine worked, but I would say 20% chance yours wont work haha. But free shipping and for $3 I took a gamble instead of paying $25 from Apple.

You'd be surprised at how many GOOD programs are free on there.

I can't see myself getting a data plan that costs more then my actual phone plan lol

nope, i solved it. It was so quick. I went to the HK itunes store seems like they have almost the same selection as the UK one:rolleyes: and best of all when you sign up for an account and it ask you to select a payment method there is a choice call NONE!!!:D so i sign up as edison chen and give them my hk baller mansion address and there, i got all the british app i could even want :)

Haha nice. What are some good apps that are worthy to do this process?

Also, how do you guys organize your apps and springboard (i think thats the name, like the desktop haha). Do you guys have a special order or just doesnt matter what goes where?

I solved my picture syncing issue

I removed the "iPod Photo Cache" folder from "My Pictures" folder and everything synced fine.

I usually have the main apps on the first page. My reasoning behind that is that those apps almost always have icons when you use a new theme. The other programs might now have icons with that theme so I hide them on my 2-4th pages
