Is it me or does anyone else notice the twins do not really play well with other players? Watching them play with Oulett on thursday, I didn't notice the twins passing the puck to him. Same thing with Steve Bernier. They started to pass to him as the time went on, but in the begining, very little puck sharing.
Same thing with Raymond.
Are they destined to fail as a line who ever they use as the third man on that line? Or are they waiting for Wellwood or someone who is a natural goal scorer like Anson Carter?

^^ anson carter fit so well with them because he wasn't afraid to go and get the dirty goals. he understood the way they played, and used it to his advantage. it takes people time to learn the way they play.

not being afraid of crashing the net and being a presence does not equate to being a natural goal scorer.

imo alot of what Anson Carter did was luck
Bernier is a wayyyy more skilled player then carter ever was
The sedins looked decent with raymond last night, but i really think bernier is the player for that line.

or maybe the twins just lost confidence playing with different ppl every fucking goddamn night. Am i one of those that clearly know already in the back of my head prepared to see the twins go?
AV needs to build the chemistry and just stick with ONE man on tat top lne

yea im fairly sick of AV juggling shit all the time
trying to succeed with what u have is one thing, but were never gonna get anywhere until we start stickign with some set lines for a while, dont just give it a week, give it a month or 2..
Sedins looked really good last night though, especially the one shift where they were playing down deep in the offensive zone the whole time

omfg, pls stop talking about wellwood, they're not going to send down the leading goal scorer on the team, its pretty obvious, end of discussion.
ppl trying to make controversy out of nothing....

From Wikipedia: Quote:

On 16 August 2005, Carter signed a one-year deal with the Vancouver Canucks as an unrestricted free agent.[3] He played in Vancouver on the second offensive line with identical twins Henrik and Daniel Sedin, where the trio were known colloquially as the "Brothers Line".[4] He set a new career high in goals with 33, leading the team, and earned the Canucks' Most Exciting Player Award. However, he did not re-sign with the Canucks at the end of the season due to a contract dispute.
On 13 September 2006, Carter signed a one-year deal with the Columbus Blue Jackets,[5] but was traded once again to the Carolina Hurricanes on 23 February 2007 for a fifth-round pick in the 2008 draft.[6]
In September 2007, Carter rejoined the Edmonton Oilers on a try-out basis during their training camp, and played one exhibition game before being released on 2 October 2007.[7] Without an NHL job, on 5 November, Carter joined HC Lugano of the Swiss Nationalliga A.

Of course, one of the things about Anson Carter was that he'd ALWAYS been a roller-coaster - hot one season, cold the next, and on fire again the next. He lucked out in getting the Twins on an up-swing season...
