^ Me too! LOL I was so tired T_T |
Awesome bounce back from those 2 weak ass goals that Luongo let in. Its about time 1 of the Sedins stepped up when needed. |
Luongo couldnt be faulted much on that first one Frolov was allowed to walk right in there and for the 2nd time too the Kopitar goal was not good though |
Lu has been giving up a lot of bad goals of late, hopefully that trend stops but that been said he usually bounces back right away and makes some big stops like he did tonight in the last 2 mins of the game. |
Good game and Monster Strikes Again ! |

Luongo's gotta stop letting in these soft goals. When the playoff comes, it's goals like Kopitar's that can deflate/turn a series around. Remember the Lidstrom goal from center ice during the playoffs couple of years ago? we were up 2-0 in the series, then DET came back because of that one play, it deflated our team, they eventually took that series. It can very well happen to us this playoffs if he doesn't tighten things up. Bobby Lou's gradually earning a reputation of letting a soft goal in per game. You gotta change that, Lou! |
yea but that was Dan Cloutier... this is LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU |

Mathematically, if Canucks win all their games, it doesn't really matter how many games the Jackets win then. But we need help in getting the Blackhawks to lose... but in the end, yeah, 4th and 5th place is almost the same. I know some of you guys are gonna call me jumping off the bandwagon or whatever for saying this. But I'm sure I'm not the only one in here beginning to think Lu's overrated. Softies and can't stickhandle the puck if his life depended on it.... But at the same time, I'm just glad he's not like any of the past goalies Canucks have had. But I really wish he started playing like he did, the first season he was here. |

Lu still has some of the best rebound control of any goalie in the league, which IMO makes up for his sub-par stick handling skills. |
