Werd.

If our penalties won't be our undoing in this series, it will kill us the next.

Good call. Paul looked fast in the clip and was the point man on the PP with a hard shot prior to his injury.

I am almost certain he will play next game since the Blues have their back against the wall.

I am surprised how well Osgood is playing. That's Detroits weak link. :D

There's a reason why they went from #13 to #6 in the Western Conference. Like Alain Vigneault says: "Canucks have got to take this one game at time" (and not get too far ahead of themselves) Like a lot of fans already have :)

the Canucks went from #11 to #3, so it's not like we don't know what it's like to have our backs against the wall.

This is what bugs me - people keep saying what a comeback the blues have had this year but what about Vancouver!?!??!!? No one in January would've guessed the result of the regular reason with us winning the division so BOTH teams know exactly that it's like to be down and out - the Canucks will be ready for another hard-hitting start to game 4 and they'll be fine.

Stay out of the penalty box and we'll be alright.

Penalties each game.

Blues: 7 4 5
Us: 6 4 5

Unless 3 of our starting D go down, Blues are done.

Harvey Specter 04-19-2009 08:31 PM

Ducks are ripping the Sharks.

I was aware of that but I didn't think our current success merited that reminder. The Blues however, still does merit some respect coming into game 4, whether down 3 games or not. That's all the point was of my post.

So were the Wilds when they down 3 games to 1. If you're that convinced, don't bother with game 4.

You must seriously lack hockey knowledge if you think the Blues all but rolled over for us tonight and that this series is a gimme.

it terms of historic trends and probability. they are done.

Harvey Specter 04-19-2009 09:27 PM

Wow, so fucking classless. Same shit happen during the Oilers Stanley cup run, I think it was SJ fans who were booing the anthem.

Can someone tell me wtf is up with the Sharks? I seriously wish that the Ducks don't find themselves in the Stanley Cup playoffs.

... much like when vancouver booed the american anthem? funny how soon we forget our city did the exact same thing.

"Since they joined the NHL in 1970, the Canucks have never taken a three game lead in a best of seven playoff series - until now." - CTV

News to me. Nice to see the boys pulling out another big win!

Burke might as well marry Nonis, guy treats him like it's his wife or something.
