I haven't felt this good about someone in a very long time. In the back of my mind there is doubt and apprehension. But in the end, even if it doesn't work out, at least I stood up and tried instead of being a passive and blaming the world for all my misfortunes

Been thinking abt you day and night, its been half a year but it still feels like yesterday. Ive always wanted to reach out to you again and try to spark things even though i know my chances are slim to none. Its funny cuz all the things i want to do with you now, i wouldve thought of as a nuisance a year ago due to my selfish ways. I know you deserved better, but i was too caught up with my bad habits to see it.
The other day i went on your fb page and saw youve gotten really close with a frd from your school. I could see you were genuinely happy, and somehow that was enough for me. You taught me many things, and ill treasure your knowledge forever.

found a fallen note that was empty. so I filled it in with my wish and put it back onto the tree.
