The balance and technique is the same in principle. It's just the thinner blade requires for you to have stronger ankles or else your ankles will cause you to wobble. Stronger ankles = less wobble so I don't think you'd have a prob. technique-wise.
Stopping I'll agree takes a while to learn. Memorizing the proper weight distribution is a bitch. It was a tough experience when I had to learn stopping on my opposite side long ago. |
