As of 2am in Fraser Heights (Surrey Langley boarder) Its -4 and 7cm of snow. Roads are icy because it did not stick too much to the road at first was just melting, then the water froze and snow started to build on the ice. Gonna make for a fun commute for people in the AM.

Guess what, people: we're a northern climate and this is the dead-middle of WINTER. Spring is still a month off.

Winter + North = Freezing and Snow.

I drove from Langley to Abbotsford via Hwy 1 and traffic was a nightmare. However, I did not see a single car in the ditch.

They were all SUV's and vans. Lost count after 15. That's a lot within a relatively short distance. I even saw a Kal Tire truck in the ditch on its side and facing the opposite direction. All these yoyo's and their SUV's and jeeps. When are they going to learn that 4 wheel drive means nothing when you have to stop.

I swapped back to my summer tires today. I doubt we are going to get any more decent snow fall between now and next winter. Maybe a 1-2cm here and there.
