I use 3 sites and average the 3
Environment Canada http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/city/....html#detailsf
The Weather Network http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/CABC0284
and
The Weather Underground http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/71892.html
If you look at all 3 then adjust for your exact locations, you can pretty much nail it 9 times out of 10.
I live in the Fraser Heights are of Surrey. (The only nice place in Surrey on the Langley Port Kells boarder)
We usually get 3x the amount of snow expected. We still have 2 feet of snow on the ground from the last dump.
I am guessing we will get 20cm Tuesday and another 5-10cm over the course of the week here.

5 to 10 cm of snow is expected over areas of the southern mainland and east vancouver island by tuesday evening. 5 cm of snow is expected over coastal sections of the north and central coast by tonight. 20 to 30 cm of snow is expected over inland sections of the north and central coast by tomorrow afternoon. This is a warning that significant snowfall is expected or occurring in these regions.
