:( my b-pipe is the lowest thing on my car for some reason, and it's taking quite a beating. Too bad it's just a T1r piece of junk anyways.... gonna be replacing that soon, i just feel bad for my spoon n1 :(

with that much snow its quite useless for me to drive out, cause i launched my car out of the garage @ 10km/h+ but that made it worse, manage to hop onto a thick blanket of snow.

making a parking spot = fun

everytime i backed into it the frame would sound like someone took a sledgehammer to it.

vrrrrrrrrrr.....CHUNK SRHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

lots of fun

i'm going to give up driving on side roads. i have to park my car a few blocks away. it really sucks.
i over estimated my snow tires this year, like it didnt' snow like this last year and i've only had my car for two winters, i juts can't get out of snow that's deeper than like 8 inches.

i got stuck in coquitlam last night and at one point i had trouble opening the door it was so high...

plus my exhaust is taking a HUGE beating. next year i'm getting a 4wd winter vehicle.

Peturbo 12-23-2008 04:12 AM

Just spent 20 min getting all the snow off my car and then plowing the snow around it.
Then another 40+ min attempting to get out of my parking spot and onto Rupert that is just 1 house away......
All just to prove to my friend that my car cant even fucking move with it so low and on all-season tires.
Yet for some fucking reason after many attempts, he still thinks my car can make it.
The sound of all the snow scraping everything underneath your car so just so painful, sounded like it would even rip off my front bumper/lip.
Now with all this snow and no way my car is going anywhere, its a good time get on getting my Wow character leveled...

we'r taking a beating this year. But do you think it's gonna be as bad next year? I remeber for the past 5-6 years we barely had any snow.

perfect_g 12-23-2008 07:56 AM

never had a problem with the rsx and no problems with the 335i so far

cococly 12-23-2008 01:39 PM

I never had a problem driving my AWD Hatchback these few days =]

bikerx 12-23-2008 05:24 PM

then 5 min later i saw a maserati going down cordova with snow filled in its mouth :P

d1 12-23-2008 05:29 PM

^ That's the way to go. Life is too short for winter beaters.

shenmecar 12-23-2008 06:30 PM

is that a 997 turbo cant really tell.

if it is then well its 4wd so it should be good in the snow! =)

Leopold Stotch 12-23-2008 07:59 PM

^ lol with the rear engine layout turning might be an issue though.

i can't drive the car. the snows too high, it ruined my cat... makes me unhappy

toyota86 12-25-2008 07:14 PM

got stuck in my back lane too. its was not an issue of tire traction with it being an awd. the car got high centered. it was quite funny when i just left the car in first, got out and saw all 4 tires spinning in the air.

DC5-S 12-25-2008 07:42 PM

i fucked up my lip a week ago lots of pain was chipped away due to the snow.. the fucking thing was acting as a snow plow.. but its OK because i was already planning on repainting it next year.. now if it was a brand new painted lip then id be PISSSEEEED!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, similar problem, too much snow, got lifted up. Any good deals on the Hummer H3?

cnardone 12-25-2008 10:28 PM

does anyone know if a snow plower company is hiring because my toyota just cleared my entire street at the expense of my front bumper. Although surprisingly my grandmas 93 tercel rips right through the snow on those all season tires haha.

marc0lishuz 12-26-2008 12:49 AM

I courtesy-plowed the entire Marpole area. :(
