			the fbw on the airbus really helped the pilot land the aircraft. the pilot was able to fly the slowest without stalling the aircraft. so upon landing, he was at the slowest but safest speed to hit the water thanks to stall protection software

			whoa did you see the person falling off the wing around 1:20 in the clip above? someone (wearing a white shirt so it might have been one of the flight crew) had to go and fish him out    
i am amazed at how fast everyone on a boat responded within that 7-1/2 minutes that footage covered... takes me longer than that to drag myself out of bed for work every morning   :
