got a free smalls slurpee today |
For the next three days, there's a 7-11 freebie, but only if you have the app and buy a drink. Forgot the details......... one is a free bottled soft drink, chocolate bar, and something else. Have you seen the 7-11 doughnut? So cool. Being a diabetic, I would just keel over just smelling it. It's drenched in icing and has the 7-Eleven logo on it (that edible label thing they put on cakes nowadays). I'll post a pic of it later. It looks like it's a filled doughnut, too. EDIT: Found the pic, LOL Spoiler! |

^and, for the longest time, they had the ones labeled, "sample only" mixed in with the others. Those are supposed to be free, LOL. |
And, the price of a fountain refill is supposed to be $1.19 (32 ounces or smaller - regular Big Gulp), which ends up being $1.25 including tax. So many 7-Eleven locations don't honour it. Why would I bring my own cup to pay the same price as a regular drink? At those locations, I just use my Belly points (50 points) and be done with it. Hastings near Victoria Drive, Rupert and 22nd, and Knight and 56th Ave. fountain refills are $1.25, not $1.56 like other locations. And yes, I bring my one year old, PNE, green plastic cup with me everywhere I go. At McD's, it's the same size as a large. Has a handle on it, too. Dollar Drink Days, FTMFW! This should be in the Confessions of a Frugal Asian thread. |
Wrong thread. |
