Yup and it could be from the factory because some dealer in southern Cali ordered the new 7 in laguna seca blue from the factory;

Given the fact the photo:
1) was posted by an account that joined RS for less than 2 weeks and received 65+ fails already
2) driveway of an average 'mansion size' house in Richmond
3) more importantly...a GTR in the background that seems to have been 'tastefully' wrapped.

No. I don't think the X5/X5m's laguna seca blue came from factory. :badpokerface:

donjalapeno 11-13-2012 08:16 AM

laguna seca blue only looks good on M3's, drains the class out of the 7series imo

J.C 11-13-2012 08:40 AM

yeah, doesn't look right on a 7

Akinari 11-13-2012 01:51 PM

997 Carrera 2S makes great daliy drivers! :)

still fun to drive, reasonably fast, reasonably reliable and still offers a slick shifting 6 speed manual...

great blend of sport, prestige and comfort.

mb_ 11-13-2012 04:48 PM

^and the clutch doesn't feel "right" (997) compared to 2S/4S. It pulls like a monster though :megusta:

donjalapeno 11-13-2012 05:32 PM

^ volkswagen clutches in general are too springy and weird imo
