993 was last of the aircooled, and production stopped in 1998 I believe.

1997 was the last model year of the turbos, but 1998 model year you could still get a carrera.

The car is sold and delivered now!

Thought it was 95 or 96 of the last air cooled though

40k isn't even worth it for that r8. theres prob 100k in damage..

looks like it's already sold... the damage does looks fairly extensive and without knowing exactly what kind of suspension/frame damage there is, it could be a can of worms... but it would almost be worth the gamble, especially if it doesn't have a salvage title...

not many ppl locally have the equipments to fix r8 all aluminum frame :devil:
