Regarding that slate grey 964. Nice to see it as a daily. Could be a euro import since it has the side markers on the front fenders. Hard to find a C2 manual coupe 964 in any condition these days.

I am sort of acquainted with the owner, met him when I got my engineer's iron ring. As far as I know, he does DD his car.

Heard through the grapevine that a Mclaren p1 will be arriving and staying in Vancouver within the next week or so. I can't wait to see this beast in person.

McLaren Vancouver, it had a little bit of room when it moved through the doors lol.

A deal went down within the week for what would be the 3rd P1 sold for Vancouver, but this one will be arriving here first since it was a McLaren Toronto car.

I can't say exact numbers, but I will note that he's previously turned down even higher offers than that over what he originally paid for the car.

Around late summer was the ETA for the two cars originally ordered for Vancouver, so we're pretty excited to have one arrive a lot sooner. Hopefully all 3 will be driven regularly and not sitting in the garage all the time :thumbs:

Also that 964 i saw at the autocross the other day and the owner was having some fun with it. Its certainly a driver, and a cool one at that. It is also NOT auto, which is pretty cool because the owner seemed to have some leg mobility issues, and was still autocrossing it hard with 3 pedals.

The car was offered to a friend of mine in Toronto before being purchased in Vancouver.

Chris was asking for 500K on top and my friend was not too interested after. The car since paper was signed last week will arrive in 30 days it's the white one.

Pretty sure anyone who has Instagram knows. I don't even know who the person is and I know. lol.

Hopefully whoever bought it in Vancouver will put those glow in the dark lines on it!

Lets go for the combo here

- some matte colour vinyl wrap
- flag of china on the roof
- crack lines of course (though that might actually match the rear lights)
- pink plasti dip wheels (but only one can for all four wheels to show minimal coverage)
- top it off by being exclusively parked outside a pearl castle ( or equivalent)
- see it come up in icbc auctions due to being written off in about 4 months

Does Pfaff have to pay the factory up front before the car is built or do they order it and pay upon delivery? Just curious about the time value of money between dealer and manufacturer.

If this is true then Rs shouldn't be mad. This is my favorite car and I'm glad it's someone that will drive it even when the weather isn't only sunny, cause we all know how often that happens.

I hope whoever bought it leaves it the original colour; this is absolutely beautiful. I can't wait until the 3 p1's are all in Vancouver. Almost as exciting as if the f1 came here ;)
