wow.. should drop by today and try it i guess

albert116 06-10-2009 02:41 PM

tried it today

it's alright for 6 bucks...would probably be better if they melted the cheese, in my opinion.

Hondaracer 06-10-2009 03:28 PM

looks pretty good

put the cheese under the patty before you eat it

Totally agree that Costco fast food is by far one of the best. Can never go wrong with the hotdog deal either.

so i hear they're using a new kind of wiener now

i forget how the old one tasted like but this one's damn good

Do you need Costco's membership to buy stuff from their Fast-Food Counter?

Presto 06-10-2009 09:39 PM

Nope.. you can just go in through the exit and bee-line to the food counter. It's even easier at the GM Place location, they have it right outside.

saveth 06-10-2009 11:35 PM

^ actually i've been asked to show my membership card when i did this at the surrey location. I couldn't believe it myself.

-lincolnboi- 06-17-2009 12:36 AM

the burger was alright, would probably get it again in the near future. Also can't go wrong with a hotdog+ drink + A LOT of fries for under $4.50;)

TRDood 06-17-2009 01:09 AM

had a burger combo while waiting for the RP show tonight.

it was a good deal for 5.99! i would take that anyday > McChicken meal.

they served it quick too.. there were about 50 ppl lining up for food... i waited in line for only about 10 mins!

Yes, you do need a membership to eat there.

You can go through the EXIT and hope to not be seen and asked to show your membership card..

Durrann1984 06-21-2009 11:20 AM

costco is gay
cant even go in to chek things out without a card

not like we can purchase it anyway
just there to look

products arent even cheap

No you don't...

Even if the "official" policy is that you do, they don't care whatsoever. EVERYONE goes in the EXIT to go buy food... if they really cared, they would stop people, or check membership cards when buying the food.

I mean, the new Costco downtown has the food counter set up right by the street... looks pretty inviting for all passerbys.

Sure you can... just go through the EXIT. Have done it many times... even though I have a membership.

winson604 06-21-2009 12:18 PM

^^
second that. they've never checked my card when I walk to the exit side which is where the food court is. Plus if the person at the door hassles you you could always bullshit and say your going to get a new card then you just walk to the food court when their not looking. Although you probably never need to do this.

i had a cheeseburger the other day at the richmond costco and it was okay, not great but good for the price. a few hours later i deeply regretted eating it as it wasnt so nice to me while i was sitting on the toilet.
