Deadline days are one of the few days you can separate the true Canuck fans from the ones that claim they are fans. I was watching the Deadline live stream from Sportsnet and I'm quite shocked about how many 'Canuck' fans are saying that MG should pull of a blockbuster to win the cup. Canucks already have a solid team, just riddled with defensive injury. So trading our future away for a temporary fix would not be the best option for the team.

These "Canucks fans" got to realize that EVERY team in the league knows that the canucks need Dman due to injury. I have a feeling that the GM's MG talked to, wanted more in return than usual and if that was the case then I'm glad that he didn't do anything desperately.
