should be some good hockey, even though the Ducks have had the canucks number this season
Bieksa is a great player, if he starts hitting and being a physical force. They had him be the puck moving guy for too long. The shortened blueline accounts for this

Bieksa is great when he keeps it simple. It's when he starts acting like Jovo circa 2002 that everyone gets pissed off at him (and back then Jovo still pissed off a bunch of people too with trying to do too much)

I remember that very well actually. No doubt he was one of the most talented dmen in team history but there were times where Jovo made some very bad plays. Maybe it was just me personally but I loved and hated him.
Problem with Bieksa is that sometimes he tries to play the game similar to Jovo, but doesn't have the skill set to do so.

i dont mind bieksa not hitting the net..as long as he doesnt have a give away or 2 EVERY GAME...
he doesnt need to score..just better defending and the canucks will win more games
