how do you upload your own decals/license plates?

You can't upload graphics in, you create them in the built in livery editor.

that plate looks great ren. I can't wait to put some time into it and come up with some designs.

One of the things I hated most about forza 2 that they didn't seem to be fixe in 3 is that when you play multiplayer splitscreen, it doesn't show you a preview of what the map looks like...
