oh ya, if u goto vbe, always ask 'is this the best rate?' and they usually give u a slightly better rate :)

I find that http://www.vbce.ca/ has the best rates. Its selling 1.017000 and when it was selling at 1.011 on Tuesday there was a long line up outside the store.
