Fatal Crash kills 3

Quote:
Police say three women were killed when their minivan was hit by a speeding late-model BMW going over 200 kilometres an hour Saturday night on Finch Avenue, east of Jane Street. The crash took place in a 60-kilometre zone.

The minivan was hit so hard it was split in two, ejecting the three women killed.

regardless of his exact speed, it's safe to say it was way over the limit. even if it wasn't (lolwhut?), i'm sure being drunk should seal the deal on this piece of shit.

After 28 years of crash investigations, I would agree with the Toronto PD on this one. The Van became a massive crumple zone for the BMW and that is why it looks like it has relatively less damage. Looks like it hit the van side on.

The husband who was driving the vehicle survived. Wife and daughter dead. Unreal.

The mother survived bone marrow cancer too. All that fight in her just to like this... unreal.

i wonder where did they get the 200km/h figure... because some "eyewitness" said so? i hate reporters sometimes... if it were here they would first automatically say "street race!"

would the speedo on the bmw be frozen at the last speed? would it be recorded in the "black box"?

regardless, for a car to split a minivan into two it couldn't have been doing the speed limit
