Burnaby had the "3 bag rule"; you could put out 3 bags a week. I always just woek up early and put out my 3 bags. My neighbors didn't usually put out all of hteirs so if I ended up with some extras, I'd just toss them over there.

This new bin thing is just gonna be more convenient for me 'cause of the raccoons. Thank the gods.
