For me, i really never knew that the big xtra was off the menu. That's what i usually get whenever i drop by mcd thru drive thru. Since i don't really look at the menu when i order so never noticed it was gone till my gf pointed out to me hahaha

is the big extra a corporate thing or a franchise thing.
i got a big extra at a corporate location, but they don't have them at any franchise locations i went to

I always thought the original Big Xtra had a different patty then the Quarter?

Yeah, the old big extra used to be a lot more peppery. Meat texture was different too. Now, it's like kinda having a crappier whopper. It's not the same.

really? I always thought it was the other way around.
I almost always ask for honey mustard, until a few months ago somebody reminded me that McDonald's had hot mustard again.
