the judge is having a bad day, streets artist goes to jail and his young meat will get raped by others

subordinate 12-21-2009 11:33 PM

OUCH....

The state's jail just got some Fresh Meat.

1exotic 12-21-2009 11:37 PM

Holy shit that's way to harsh I gotta say... 8 years for a 18yo. $7k of damages isn't that bad... If this was Vancouver that would be like 2 weeks of jail time.

Here if you kill someone you'll be out in 8 years.

Ulic Qel-Droma 12-21-2009 11:38 PM

that judge seemed a little emotional, but of course she is female what the hell can we expect hah.

8 years.. he shoulda got 8 months.

fliptuner 12-21-2009 11:39 PM

Apparently, he's not the only one.

IMO the sentence is harsh. I'm all for examples and paying your debt to society but these guys are only going to come out way worse. I think they should've been sentenced to 2 years, no parole and pay for damages.

dachinesedude 12-21-2009 11:40 PM

8 years for vandalism? shit thats harsh

that bitch shouldnt not be allowed to be a judge, obviously she has bad judgement

SkinnyPupp 12-22-2009 12:01 AM

Gotta make an example of him so others won't want to do it. Good sentence IMO

Rarely do I agree with skinnypupp but I like to see the court system being harsh for a change.

i dont think you get 8 years even if you kill someone here hahah it'd have to be mass murder + terrorism + treason + kill PM + bomb a plane + shoot a squirrel

court system should be harsh i agree but the punishment should always fit the crime. how do you expect the court system to be just and authoritative when a kid with minor convictions get the same amount of time as alot of rapist murderers and gangbanger (some of them got even less than this) this kid is a annoying sure but definitely not a menace to society.

this just shows how the court system is meant to protect the rich. spray paint somebody business 8 yrs in jail, kill a homeless guy ummm let give you 2 yrs less a day (don't quote me on this its just an example). the only thing the kid is going to get out of this is a rip open asshole or he will come out 8 yrs later as a hardcore criminal cause by than he has no other choices. that is if he comes out alive.

i feel sorry for the kids he is crying in court already i can't imagine what he will go through in jail

:haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha:

so is that why there's no murder or any crime in texas? they execute folks all the time. that must be a huge deterrent to all criminals right?

fucking idiot on so many levels. not to mention all you do is turn these kids into career criminals. you think graffiti is bad? wait until they get released after learning from life long criminals for 8+ years.

besides the fact that they couldn't get a job past bagging groceries, pumping gas or digging graves. they'll be angry and bitter. and that isn't a good thing for anyone. that shit makes folks go on "fuck the world" mode. which isn't good when he snaps.

IT'S CALLED REHABILITATION. not "improve your criminal skills and allowing you to network with criminals-ation"

That's fucking ridiculous, there are some serious flaws in the US Legal System if a kid has to go to prison for 24 years for vandalism. He's going to be in there with murderers, rapists, etc etc just for spray painting shit? That's fucked. He's probably what, 18? By the time he's released he'll be 42 years old. Fuck that.

jeff_alexander 12-22-2009 01:08 AM

I love how the majority of RS members are hypocrites who want tougher laws at times and lesser penalties at others.

azzurro32 12-22-2009 01:08 AM

Apparently his sentence reduced to 2 years cause of a recent new law

Ridiculous statement. Setting an example of him, which is an ineffective deterrent to future petty crimes, DOES NOT justify a ridiculously harsh sentence to this petty criminal.
