i agree, with ken and shoei gone, i never had the "right" feeling going there. Even when i called in for pricing, i was not called back on 3 seperate items. It was a bit frustrating as both Ken and Shoei had set the bar so high in terms of customer service. I always felt, well, important even though i wasnt driving a 100k car! Its sad to see, since there arent enough good shops around that we can afford to lose one...

when shoei left, customer service was garbage and felt un-important.

i called in asking for a price for a part, and to my surprise it was way over priced.

peter at image in motion on the other hand, has been a great help over the 2 years helping me collect parts
