If you have a chance/wanting to spoil, check a guide to find out which item you want to make your ultimate weapon for each char. Then again, for the Treasure Hunter trophy, you'll be having to upgrade all tier 1 weapons to tier 2.

Thankfully you only need one ult. Weapon each.

anyone wtf and how is the best way to upgrade your weapons?

As far as I know, only the strategy guide lists the best ways.

Well any weapon can be the ultimate weapon so doesn't matter which one u upgrade really as for upgrading them don't use all the upgrade part at once.. Slowly add like 1 or 2 at a time until u get the exp bonus x2 multiplier then go all out on the high exp item coz it's x2 exp I mean grab the highest exp yield item and select all of it coz the exp bonus diminishes.. So max ur gain by using it all when it's x2

i dunno usually only goes up to x2 for me before it drops to nothing lol maybe some goes higher who knows :)

for upgrading

the items with a claw icon are for boosting the multiplier
the items with a screw icon are for mainly upgrading points

best way to do it is to dumb a shitload of claw icon items to increase the multiplier to x3
then dump a big amount of the same screw icon item to boost it up

I'm not so sure of the names of the items I used... (I'm not for sale yet in the english version)

In the "Creature Comforts" store, theres a Coloured Jelly (taken from Japanese name, should be the same though) item that goes for 80 gil each.

36 of them puts your item to 3x multiplier.

Then buy one of those items in Lenora's Garage that go for 1600 gil (I think they went for 1600), each one should give just about 2400 exp to your equipment. It was called a "Perfect Conductor" in japanese.

Later on, you can buy the Ultra Compact Fusion Reactor from the shop that sells the Traphezohedron (ultimate weapon upgrader). The CFR's go for 50k, but they give about 150,000 exp with a 3x multiplier, which is the best bet.

2nd, what kind of RPG gives you 6 players. Yet you cannot choose ANY of them to play. Instead you are stuck with using whoever the game designs. Sometimes u are stuck with 2 players, sometimes 3

did u skip some of the cut scene? u sure progress fast

cuz i did, some are just pure bs and waste of time to watch

i didn't skip the cut scene but i skip a lot of battle by just running pass them lol there's no point in grinding cp in the beginning i wait til there's a good spot to farm it :) i do spend a lot of time running into every little corner for the items though.. i wanna see if i can get most the trophy without using the guide :D 2 more monster to go til i get my loremaster :D

i've grinded quite a bit

meh i'm done for the night.. i'm happy with the new theme.. too tired.. i'm just basically speeding thru the game getting as many trophy as i can.. if i'm lucky enough to get them all on my first time.. then i don't need to grind xxx amount of hrs!!

haha, no way you can get platnium without grinding bro

meh only achievement i see requires grinding would prolly be the ones to grab every single weapon/item.. i don't see that too hard once u beat the game
