So my mom works at YVR, I asked her if they had any stock of the olympic quilted jackets there at stores in the airport, they have none. She asked the lady if they will be getting a restock, she said none of there stores are getting any restocks but the bay olympic superstore will be getting a full restock of everything sometime next week for the paraolympics. So i plan to head there on monday or tuesday, (would like to know exactly when the restock is so i dont make a useless trip) if anyone can find that out, that would be great.

That wouldn't surprise me. It would be a bit of a slap in the face to not stock stuff during the Paralympics and only during the Olympics.

The red ones are reserved for Athletes only. I wanted them as well but it's a special thank you from HBC to the Athletes for doing an awesome job.

Actually, no... what's extraodinary is apparently a lot of people signed up or at least are trying to win an item on eBay for the first time BECAUSE of these items.

yea there are a bunch of asshole sellers on ebay that gets other accounts for fake bids

That would only work if there is one bidder that is willing to pay a significant amount more than any other bidder... which doesn't happen that often in an open marketplace...

There are only 4 LD's that have the plushies now: Kerrisdale, georgia, robson and broadway @ cambie - they took stock from all the other stores and moved them to these locations
