Best thing is I got a speeding ticket in the states too, didnt pay shit, and passed through the border last week without any hassle! WHOOP WHOOP!

HAHAHA you asked for it!!! Don't panic though, you're not the first person to do this... but in a nutshell, you're pretty much blacklisted from the states for awhile to come! Down there, it is a crime to not pay off tickets!! You're lucky it was at the border, had you actually crossed and got checked by the police, you'd get thrown in Jail with one phone call like one of my friends did!

I don't understand why some people think its ok to ignore a ticket and not expect anything to happen. You could have at least disputed the ticket if you felt it was unfair or couldn't pay for it. You'll need all the luck and maybe a lawyer to sort this mess out.
