So now richmond silvercity has AVX. I have heard of metrotown silvercity having it and you get to pick spots or something, but what I don't get is what the difference is other than picking spots. Some audio and visual enhancements?

The reason being is that Avengers is offered in AVX and I was just wondering what the difference is

Better LEATHER seats, bigger screen, better sounds, most importantly picking ur seat lol

So I saw it yesterday and to be honest, it was good, but wasn't that great. I would give it a 6/10.

Spoiler!

Saw it yearerday. Pretty good movie. Lots of unexpecting scenes that occur( In a good way). Downplayed some characters while others got more of an impact in the movie.
8-9/10. Recommended.

saw it yesterday too. it was decent. it didn't have too much boring parts. ^^ you are right, it could have been better, but I was surprised they did tie it all in together. will there be a second one?

i find it funny, anyone that doesn't know how to fly were pretty much useless hahahaha
8/10 oh 3D was useless.

SkinnyPupp 05-04-2012 03:30 AM

Is Avengers worth seeing if you don't give a shit about Ironman and Hulk, only sort of liked Captain America, didn't watch Thor, and don't know who the hell the other two are?

Ironman 1 is the best movie out of all of them.

SkinnyPupp 05-04-2012 03:56 AM

In that case, :fuckthatshit:

DanHibiki 05-04-2012 04:33 AM

Whedon pulled inspiration from Mark Millars Ultimate Avengers, which sold unbelievably well, and a lot of guys in the Comic Book Community are going nuts about it.

I hated Ultimate Avengers, but I bet it's worth watching. Can't wait to go watch this Sunday.

6793026 05-04-2012 06:16 PM

you gotta watch THor to tie it all in. Seriously, i never liked thor and I watched Cap. America but definitely watch Thor or else you would be like wtf is avengers talking about if you didn't watch Thor.

ziggyx 05-04-2012 06:35 PM

Just watched it earlier today. Thought it was pretty decent. There are scenes after the credits. One about 2 minutes into the credits and one at the very end.

Scarletts ass but.... Cobie Smulders :megusta:

Oh shit this is a Joss Whedon movie? OK I think I'll have to go see it then :considered:

HansonBoy 05-04-2012 07:13 PM

Warning, the IMAX 3D version was sometimes a bit blurry when the camera is "panning" or moving very quickly on certain angles of some action scenes. If you're picky you may want to avoid that. But other than that the screen was crystal clear and 3D effect was decent. Movie was great. Good family fun and comic relief.

ps- stay after credits,, and after

hyek 05-05-2012 12:56 AM

great movie lots of action! 9/10

iTz_Curt 05-05-2012 01:57 AM

I didn't know there were 2 credit scenes... I missed the second one :(

Culverin 05-05-2012 02:09 AM

You didn't miss much.

Also.
Joss delivers.
