Spoiler! anyways, anyone else glad that this is so different from the comics? It's like I get TWO zombies stories to follow and both give me surprises! |
Spoiler! |
Spoiler! I dont understand though, if someone could clear this up. Hershel got bit so he had to amputate his leg. BUT when Tdog got his forearm cut he was fine as long as it healed. but arent they all infected? so if a zombie bites him again and if he heals, shouldnt he be fine? SINCE hes already infected. oh and andreas gonna become even more fucking hated soon. listen to Michonne Already DAMMIT ! |
the bite gives them a fever that will eventually kill them if i remember correctly. Posted via RS Mobile |
the show isn't supposed to make sense scientifically...just turn that part of your brain off they amputated herschel but I'm surely enough of the 'virus' got into the bloodstream and into his other vital organs before the amputation occured...herschel and t-dog wouldve died the same way |
tdog got bit in the shoulder didnt he? If he did, it would be impossible to amputate that properly. |

You guys have no idea how stupid it is to be posting spoiler tags after the show has aired. "I know, I'll spoiler my post and make the entire page unreadable." Herp derp Posted via RS Mobile |

I'm assuming getting bit doesn't mean you're going to turn. The bites are lethal. The zombies are riddled with disease and virus' and saliva is an excellent way to pass something that can cause you to have a fever and die. Look at Andreas sister or Jim. The bites cause fever because there is no way of treating the biten. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure thats how kirkman wants it to be seen. T'Dog's bite was nasty. Do you really think he was going to live after a bite like that when no one is around to treat him? |
EVERYONE is already infected. All the bites do is kill you. Shane turned at the end of season 2 and Rick tells the group about it on the last episode. Posted via RS Mobile |

But then the virus is already in them and when they die, they will turn. That I am curious to see if they will ever explain that one. Edit Quote:
