1:30 is normally upper-back. 2:30 is the inner lots. 3:30 is the closest lot. Somebody parked so close to my door I can't get in, without door dinging them. How did they even get out

Was on the way to my midterm at 4:30. My drive normally takes 10 - 15 minutes. Was right on time for my midterm at 4:30 and I left my house 45 minutes prior. A lot of the streets were closed due to trees that have fallen...
