anyone know the quality of gas at the can-am station?

I usually go to chevron or shell but today gas prices there were 103.9 compared to 96.9 at Can-Am..... stuck with v-power anyway, but might hav to consider that next time

Figured I'd bump this since gas price is @ 1.31 today

Chevron & Shell in PR was at 0.99/L a few days ago. The Can-Am (first one after Letter Carrier) was $0.95

i usually am able to get two tanks out of the same amount of $$ that gets me one here..

atleast tat was the case in my is300

id fill up 15 gallons, then fill two 25 L jerry cans, 70-80$ max. 91 octane at shell

that would JUST last me a week... lol i drove way to much(600+miles/week)

it also helped that i have a town home in blaine...

not by a significant amount, definitely not worth going down just for groceries if you dont live in twwassen

however, you can get food they dont sell in canada (ie. dreyers ice cream)

not really, their prices are pretty much the same as our local gas stations. You could always go to Husky - they have great quality gas! and cheaper than most places

It'd take forever with all the traffic. I can only see the people in Richmond or Surrey doing it.

Depends on your tank size and which part of Vancouver. If right by Oak street bridge, you're still a good 30km away. So that is 60km round trip.

I live in Richmond. Depending on the car I bring down. I save from $15-25 per tank x that by everyweek.

Also depends on what time you go. I usually go after midnite. So no traffic at all. But if you were to go in the afternoon. You'll spend time idling at the boarder wasting gas.

whats the legal position on transporting jerry cans? is this just something that customs is lenient on, or is this unlawful?
how many litres can you carry accross?
