Loblaws is smart.......... learn Chinese way for free. T&T is very successful. Why mess around with something that works and attracts/targets a segment of society. Plus, buying power and expert knowledge of Asian foods is a good thing for their other stores.

place to buy some sort plastic tubing that can hold down an ethernet cable ? im running a 35ft cable from the room beside me to mine and the wiring is through the hall and stuff and my guardians hate it because its so tengled and it doesnt stay flat so they sometimes trip over it. where can i find some sort of tubing or half-open tubing so i can make it run through the corners of the wall so no one trips over anything ?

You can get little wire anchors that you pin into the wall to route cables, you just tack one in every few feet. Works well if you're allowed to make pin holes. Otherwise I'd just use sticky tack for posters and such.

where would you find the wire anchors? pin holes should be fine they just dont want me drilling into the walls or anything which is why they first told me some sort of tubing to hold it down so it can be put firmly down against the carpet.

edit : just searched up sticky tack and can be found at staples, i think smthn that simple should work. thanks!

Nail cable clips

These types are available from The Home Depot, Rona, Lowes...maybe even dollar stores, but the first three for sure.

How about fixed cable clamp with self adhesive backing? The kind used to route wires from dash cams and radar detectors on a car's dash and shit.

Is there moulding along where carpet and wall meet? Even if there isn't, you can tuck the wires in between the carpet and drywall, depending on carpet pile. Hell, you can probably use pieces of metal that you can slide/jamb into the gap. Make a semi circle shape on one end to hold the wire in place.

Probably, I don't see why you can't.

I got this one, Legrand Wiremold | Wire Channel Nonmetallic White | Home Depot Canada and the instructions stated screws as an option.

I get mine from Laird Plastics for cheap, but they have minimum order of $100.00. They're called Coroplast. You can get them at Home Depot, but they are pricey. Try Proveer Sign & Graphics . Actually they were bought out by Grimco, a U.S. company. Don't know which name they go with, but they are behind Costco on Lougheed and Brighton - other side of train tracks. I get vinyl supplies there. Good people.
