Lots of stalled cars, abandoned cars, people driving 10kmh. What a buzzkill. But I still had my dose of carcain

My elderly female neighbour decided she would do something nice by clearing my car off....the one I wasn't driving...using a plastic shovel. I have no idea how bad the scratches are. Fuck. Before I got there the majority of it was already cleared off.

I realize now that I was a total douche when I was younger haha

There's a mall across the street from me with a wide open parking lot with no medians at all in it and it's a playground for trucks and cars to do donuts in the snow with loud ass exhausts. Had to listen to the sound of it for over 4 hours last night while trying to sleep.


10 years ago I used to be one of those people doing donuts with no consideration of the noise I'm making for people trying to sleep. Ooooooh how I've kinda grown up..

Icy out there, my 10-12 minute commute took 55 minutes due to traffic.

Heads up, it's -6C in Coquitlam and will be -13C with windchill. any water or wet snow will freeze into ice if it hasn't done so already. Going to a skating rink tonight when we get off work.

Surrey to Tri-Cities was a shit show. The roads were just straight up like driving on ice rinks. 20-25 minute commute turned into 1.5hrs lol

So I tried to make an excuse of not going in, but with a lousy ass half a friggin inch, I gave up and went in. Only took about an extra 10-15 minutes commuting to the core. Arthur Lang wasn’t so bad

Similar scenario for me a couple years ago, rain though, not snow. The person pulled over and apologized, gave me their insurance papers and license. ICBC still ruled me to be at fault.
