The point here is we don't know the details of how it happened, so it's negligent to assume that the driver/rider is at fault because they should always be aware.

It may or may not be the fault of the cyclist. BUT this is the problem I have when it comes to cyclists and their "rights".

1) If they want the same RIGHTS as cars on the road... fucking ABIDE by the same laws! Get INSURANCE, STOP AT RED LIGHTS/SIGNS, AND YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS!

2) Have lights on your bike

3) YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS

4) STOP AT FUCKING LIGHTS

5)YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS

6)STOP AT FUCKING LIGHTS!

As a cyclist, you should not get right of way to my car if you want the same rights as cars!

Also, it is BS that if it were a car, it would be the cars fault.
